Dandy Fruit Salad

I make this fruit salad for just about anything and it usually goes over really well. You can easily double the recipe depending on your group size. I am going to add this recipe to a list of recipes for our church cookbook. Hope you like it and go check out more at the Recipe Swap!

Dandy Fruit Salad

Canned pineapple chunks
Mandarin oranges
Peaches, chunked
Pears, chunked
Marischino cherries
Cook and Serve Vanilla pudding

Reserve fruit juice, enough to make 2 cups. I used pineapple and cherry. Combine pudding mix and juice in saucepan. Over medium heat, wisk together and cook until bubbly and mix is dissolved. Cool. Pour over drained fruit chunks in a bowl and cover and refrigerate.
